How to keep your game progress tracking correctly on FiveSurveys

Want your game progress to track properly and your rewards to come through without issues? Here are a few best practices to keep in mind.

Always start the offer from the app

Start the offer directly from FiveSurveys, and do the same each time you come back to play, for example by using the Continue Earning button rather than opening the game separately. This helps link your activity to the offer.

Keep tracking permissions enabled

Some devices, especially iOS devices, ask you to allow tracking so your activity is recorded correctly. If tracking permissions such as App Tracking Transparency are declined, your install, sign-up or in-game progress may not be tracked properly.

Avoid VPNs, proxies or switching devices mid-offer

Using a VPN or proxy, or switching devices while you complete an offer, can interfere with tracking and may stop your progress from being recorded.

Watch out for reinstalls

If a game was installed on your device before, reinstalling it may not count as a new install, which offers often require. If you can, use a device where the app hasn't been installed before.
