What to do if an offer or game reward is missing on FiveSurveys

Completed an offer or game but don't see your reward yet? Here's what to know before you contact us.

Wait for tracking to process

If you recently completed the task or offer, please wait three business days for the system to track and process your activity. Weekends don't count toward this timeframe.

Understand tracking delays

Sometimes tracking takes longer, usually when the offer partner needs extra time to verify completion. This verification can take up to seven business days. In most cases the reward is credited automatically once verification is complete, with nothing more for you to do.

Still missing after seven business days?

Most offers credit within three business days, but some go through an extra verification step that can take up to seven business days. If your reward still hasn't been credited after that, contact our Support team with details of the offer or game so we can look into it.
