Why is my reward pending?
A pending reward is on hold while the offer provider completes its verification process. This is a standard step to confirm the offer was completed successfully before the reward is finalized.
How long does verification take?
Verification can take up to seven business days. Once it's complete, your reward is credited to your account automatically.
Where can I see my pending rewards?
Go to Games Activities, then select Show Pendings on your account to check the status of your rewards.
Is there anything I need to do?
No, you don't need to do anything. Waiting can be frustrating, but your reward is being tracked and will be released once verification is finished.

If your reward still shows as pending after the verification period, contact our Support team with details of the offer so we can look into it for you.
