What happens after I claim my reward?
Once you claim your reward, we send a reward email to the email address registered on your account. That's where the redemption process starts.
How do I complete the redemption?
Follow the instructions in the reward email. They take you to a page where you enter your details and complete the payout.
Some rewards, such as Revolut and Bank Transfer, ask you to enter the account you want the reward sent to. Once you've entered the correct details, how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider.
How long does the payout take?
Processing time depends on the payout method you chose. Some are fast and often complete within 30 minutes. Once it's processed, check the account for your chosen payout method to see if the reward has arrived.
What if I haven't received my payout?
If it's taking longer than expected for your payout method and you still haven't received your reward, contact our Support team with your claim details so we can check the status.
