How to delete your FiveSurveys account and request your data

Want to delete your FiveSurveys account or get a copy of your data? Here's how to do both.

How do I delete my account?

1. Log in to your FiveSurveys account.
2. Go to Account > Delete Account.
3. When you're asked if you're sure, enter your password to confirm.

Deleting your account can't be undone. If your account is only paused or under review, you don't need to delete it: see account restrictions and verification.

How do I request my data?

Email our privacy team at [email protected] to make a data request. Depending on where you live, you may be able to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of your information, or receive it in a portable format.

For your security, we may need to verify your identity before we respond. Once you're verified, we'll respond within the required timeframe.

Each person can only have one FiveSurveys account. Read our one-account-per-person policy before you create a new one.
