No surveys on FiveSurveys, or a survey won't open? What to do

Not seeing any surveys, or having trouble opening one? Here's why that can happen and what you can do.

Why am I not seeing any surveys?

The number of available surveys changes throughout the day, so at times you'll see fewer surveys than usual. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account.

Availability is also often lower on weekends and holidays, because many of our survey partners slow down or take a break at those times.

What can I do when there are no surveys?

Our survey inventory is refreshed regularly, and our team is always working to add new survey partners. If nothing is available right now, take a short break and check back in a little while.

What if a survey won't open?

Go back and select a different survey. If it keeps happening, contact our Support team and include a screenshot or screen recording of what you see. It helps us see exactly what's going on, so we can look into it faster.
