What is the minimum age to join FiveSurveys?
You must be 18 or older to create a FiveSurveys account and take part in surveys and offers.
Why is there a minimum age requirement?
The requirement helps us comply with legal and survey industry standards. It also makes sure everyone taking part can enter into agreements and manage their own rewards responsibly.
What happens if I'm under 18?
If you're under 18, you can't create or use a FiveSurveys account for now. Accounts found to belong to people under 18 may be suspended or removed. If this applies to you, please delete your account. We'd love to have you join once you're eligible.
What if I entered my age incorrectly?
If you're 18 or older but entered your date of birth incorrectly during sign-up, contact our Support team so we can correct it. Please don't create a second account to fix it, as that may break our one-account-per-person policy.
